Who we are

EasyX Inc. is a Delaware corporation and the controller of personal information described here. This notice covers the EasyX website, mobile applications, newsletters, community, Premium tools, support, and related services.

Information we collect

We collect account and contact details; the country, language, and timezone you choose; authentication and security records; subscription and transaction references supplied by payment providers; content you submit; support and publisher correspondence; consent and privacy choices; device, network, diagnostic, and security events; and activity needed to provide saves, history, recommendations, briefings, alerts, community, and Premium tools. EasyX does not require precise or background GPS location.

How we use it

We use information to operate and secure the service, provide your chosen market and language, personalize when you permit it, process purchases, deliver communications you request, moderate abuse, answer support and legal requests, measure reliability, prevent fraud, and comply with law. Where applicable, processing relies on contract, consent, legitimate interests, and legal obligations.

Sharing and advertising

We share only what is necessary with vetted service providers such as hosting, security, email, analytics, customer support, app stores, and payment processors; with integrations you choose; during a corporate transaction; or when law, safety, or rights protection requires it. We do not sell personal information. Contextual advertising can operate without activity-based personalization, and advertising never changes editorial approval or ranking.

Retention and security

We retain information only while needed for the purposes above, required records, dispute prevention, and security. Account deletion starts a tracked process; limited records may remain where legally required or needed to protect the service. We use access controls, encryption where appropriate, audit records, and other reasonable safeguards, but no service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can change language, market, personalization, marketing, alerts, reader visibility, and messaging permissions; download eligible account data; correct account details; and request deletion. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, portability, withdrawal of consent, non-discrimination, and appeal. You may complain to your local regulator.

Children and international use

EasyX is not directed to children under 13, and higher minimum ages apply where local law requires them. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where providers operate, using legally required transfer safeguards when applicable.

Changes

We will update the effective date and provide additional notice for material changes when required. Earlier versions will be retained for accountability.

Terms of Use

Agreement and eligibility

These Terms form an agreement between you and EasyX Inc. By using EasyX, you confirm that you can enter this agreement, that your registration details are accurate, and that you will follow applicable law. If you use EasyX for an organization, you confirm authority to bind it.

The service

EasyX presents concise, source-linked positive-news summaries, translations, discovery tools, community features, and optional Premium services. Summaries may omit detail and are not professional, financial, medical, legal, or investment advice. Follow the original source and seek qualified advice before relying on important information.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for account security and activity under your credentials. Do not scrape or overload the service; bypass access or safety controls; introduce malicious code; impersonate others; manipulate engagement; publish unlawful, deceptive, harassing, private, or rights-infringing material; or use EasyX to train or operate a competing automated content service without written permission.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant EasyX a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, adapt for formatting and accessibility, translate when requested, display, distribute, and moderate that content only to operate and promote the service. You must have the rights needed to submit it. You can remove eligible content, subject to lawful retention and content already shared by others.

Subscriptions

Prices, taxes, trial length, renewal frequency, and cancellation controls are shown before purchase. Unless the checkout says otherwise, subscriptions renew until canceled through the original purchase channel. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not ordinarily refund the current period except where law or an explicit refund policy requires it. Store purchases are also governed by the relevant app-store terms.

Availability, changes, and termination

Features and sources may change, become unavailable, or be withdrawn. We may suspend or terminate access to protect users, publishers, rights holders, or the service, or for material Terms violations. You may stop using EasyX and request account deletion at any time.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, EasyX is provided “as is” and “as available.” EasyX Inc. disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for third-party sites or their continued availability. Any limitation of liability, indemnity, dispute-resolution, arbitration, class-waiver, and governing-law language must be finalized by counsel and presented conspicuously before launch; this draft does not attempt to waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Publishers, RSS/Atom feeds, and source material

EasyX discovers eligible items through approved feeds and other publisher-authorized delivery methods. Website-only publishers may apply, but their pages are not an automatic permission to crawl or publish; rights and a workable delivery method must be documented before activation. EasyX creates original short summaries and translations, identifies the publisher, links to the original, and records the basis for publication. Publisher text, photographs, video, trademarks, and other material remain owned by their respective rights holders.

A feed’s availability does not by itself grant every reuse right. EasyX applies source-level publication rules and separate media rules, preserves required attribution, avoids logos and contrary-noticed third-party material, and uses an EasyX-owned fallback when image rights are unclear. Publishers and rights holders may request a correction, source opt-out, or takedown through Publisher Partners. Verified revocations remove affected source or media use from live delivery.

Community and moderation

Community participation should add constructive, sourced context. EasyX may review, label, limit, or remove content and accounts for safety, integrity, rights, or legal reasons. Blocking, muting, reporting, visibility, and messaging permissions are enforced in the product. Where available, affected members can see moderation status and submit an appeal.

Contact and notices

Use Help and contact for privacy questions, legal notices, accessibility issues, or account requests. Publishers and rights holders should use Publisher Partners so requests are tracked and verified. EasyX’s street address is intentionally not displayed in this draft; counsel must confirm whether a postal address or registered-agent notice is legally required for any launch market before production.
