France sets timetable for platform-based social-contribution withholding

France is preparing a new collection system for social contributions owed by micro-entrepreneurs working through digital platforms. Service-Public says platforms will withhold these contributions at source from 2027, while some are introducing the change early, from 2026. The notice sets out the timetable for this administrative transition.
